We engaged Brandrick Architects after purchasing a 1970’s period home that required considerable adaptation to meet our family’s needs and create a contemporary look whilst avoiding the “same as every other house in the street” result. Ged and Steffi accomplished both through their passionate approach, innovative design and attention to detail. They were pragmatic in regards to budget but did not skimp on style. The whole process with Brandrick Architects was positive; we felt that they cared as much about our residential Echuca architecture project as we did and through every stage they were patient, flexible and supportive. We now have a home that caters for our large family with beautiful spaces, excellent functionality and interesting, European styling. The journey with Brandrick Architects has been exciting and the destination has far exceeded our expectations.

Brandrick Architects recently completed our commercial development at 2 Percy Street Echuca. We were blown away by the initial design and fitout concepts. Shannon undertook the project management of the build and it was a worry free experience. We are rapt with the final result and cannot speak highly enough of the team at Brandrick Architects.
Director Antony Yeates,
River City Christian College is undergoing a major redevelopment program, following a Master Plan developed by Brandrick Architects.
Brandrick Architects have acted as our Architects and as our Independent Consultants for our Stage 1 redevelopment, and have developed preliminary drawings and documentation for our Stage 2 and Stage 3 redevelopment projects.
I have found them to be completely professional in their approach while still having that personal feel and approachability which is so important in developing a good Architect/client relationship.
I have developed confidence in their expertise and highly recommend them to other clients who may wish to use their services.

We provided Brandrick Architects with a very open brief for the residential architecture design of our new dwelling at Giggarre; Simply that it be very modern as well as sympathetic and advantageous of its appealing setting.
The three concept floor plans provided for our perusal were all worthy of consideration, however one in particular stood out. The design featured a curved spine hallway running through the centre of the building which opened up into a large, open-plan living area flooded with natural light. It was then a pleasure to work with the team at Brandrick Architects over the following months as they shaped the concept into a reality; a stunning example of modern, Australian architecture.

Recently we have completed building an office block in High Street Echuca.
Brandrick provided all the detailed drawings for Council and outside consultants. They organised the tender process, selection of the builder and then managed the building of the project.
We are exceptionally proud of the end result which is a modern building encompassing an historic section which all blends beautifully with the streetscape.
From beginning to end we have found Brandrick – the partners and staff – to be professional, conscientious, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble.

In June 2009, the Board of Echuca Regional Health, following a competitive tender and interview process, appointed Brandrick Architects of Echuca to be the principal consultants in designing our new tertiary Education Centre. We are delighted with the services that we have been provided by Brandrick Architects.
We have been particularly impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, innovation, flexibility and at all times their availability. The directors of Brandrick Architects, Gerard Brandrick and Shannon Johns have developed sketch plans, tender specifications and we expect to accept shortly a building tender that has met the design and budget expectations with our project.

This office has dealt with their office for the past 10 years in various roles both as Quantity Surveyors and as Project Managers.
As Quantity Surveyors we have dealt with this office with Projects at Kyabram ATSS, Echuca Central Kinder, Ogilvie Avenue Units, Helicopter Hanger Bendigo Airport, Echuca Moama Tertiary Education Facility, Elmore OPU Development and BRIT, Echuca campus (New Trade Centre).
As Project Managers we are currently working with their office on the BRIT Echuca Campus in our dual role. Their attendance and promptness to resolve issues or answer Builder’s questions has resulted in a project that is both financially on time and on budget and will produce a project that will enhance the Central Echuca District.
The current project at BRIT Echuca is worth $4.25M, whilst the other projects worked on in conjunction with their office have ranged anywhere from $300K up to $4.25M. Their office is reliable and prompt to attend matters their design work is excellent and they show plenty of ESD initiatives and local community input into their design ideas, as is evident with our current project. We believe their office has the ability to work on even larger projects given the opportunity. As such our office would have no issue in recommending their office to work on any Project over $2M and up to $10M.
